Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are processed as they are received and are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. Each item is handmade as your order is placed, giving you the highest quality possible. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9-5 excluding U.S. Holidays. Order updates and tracking information will be emailed to you at the email address provided at checkout. Please note that USPS delivery dates are an estimate, and can not be guaranteed. 

Q: What brand of essential oils do you use?

A: To abide by legal standards, we can not disclose the brand of essential oil used. We go through great lengths to ensure the ingredients used in our products are the purest form, and hold our essential oils to a very high standard so that they may be used for their therapeutic properties. When researching quality standards within essential oil distributors, we look at third party testing, purity standards, and controlled environments from start to finish. We have the utmost confidence that we are using the purest form of essential oils available.

Q: Do you do custom and personalized orders?

A: Yes, we accept requests on essential oils, personalized tags/labeling, and bulk orders for special occasions such as weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and holiday parties.  Head here for additional information.

Q: Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?
